Clinic closed in North Dakota since abortion ban

north dakota Protects Life

Since the overturning of Roe v. Wade, one abortion clinic closed (or, more accurately, relocated) in North Dakota, resulting in zero remaining operational clinics in the state.

The Red River Women’s Clinic in Fargo was the last and only dedicated abortion provider in North Dakota. In 2022, in anticipation of the state’s abortion ban, the clinic moved its operations across the border to Moorhead, Minnesota.
